Traveling to Medjugorge end of October. Should I book a room before I go? Or can I wait til I arrive to find a room.

Are you looking for a guarantee that they hotel you prefer will be available? I suspect if you aren't picky and if you have the time to hunt one down, you will almost always be able to find something, except maybe on the 25th of each month.
