Looking for a place that the locals go for dinner and most tourists never will?

My wife and I recently had the opportunity to visit this restaurant while using the services of https://tourmage.ba for a couple days while in Sarajevo. Elvis was great and we really enjoyed the tour that he gave us. The first day was a walking food tour where we stopped at 3 different places to try local foods along with visiting some places where he knows the owners. Now, during this tour we stopped at one restaurant that served Turkish coffee. I must admit that I'm not a coffee guy at all but I do say that I will try anything once. Well, Turkish coffee was pretty good I must admit. Would I try it again.....sure. We also had some cevapi among other foods. The real treat though was the next day when he took us to Kola Umoljani for lunch as part of our tour. My wife and I were both glad that we didn't drive there as the road was a bit on the narrow side and rather curvy. The food and view here were great and while it wasn't busy for us he did tell us that its quite busy with locals on the weekends. Not many tourists from what I understand. So if you want to try something like this, look no further....just be prepared for the drive or ask Elvis to drive you out or to other places Im sure he knows about.
