Getting from Belgrade to Saravejo

The Internet info is confusing to say the least.

Train apparently outdated, bus takes a long time - apparently van is the way to go.

We want to get there in about 5 hours. The reviews are ridiculous about Gea Tours and others.

Does anyone have a good a solution to this issue?

You help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Many, many thanks.

Google "Belgrade to Sarajevo flights"
Result: Air Serbia flight - 55 minutes

We hired a private driver, which was quite nice, got us directly to our Sarajevo hotel, and was comparable to flight costs. Send me a PM for the name of the driver. The drive was more interesting than the flight.

When I looked earlier this year, there were no international passenger train connections to/from Bosnia. Rome2Rio suggests that http://www.drinatrans.com/medjugradski/ would get you there with less time on the bus, versus the direct bus operators, but I'm not sure how long you'd need for a connection at Zvornik, where they're based.
