Hello All!
As part of our two week honeymoon in May 2025, my fiancé and I will be spending our final 6ish days in Croatia. Day 1 we arrive in Dubrovnik mid-afternoon, and days 2-3 we will be spending all day in Dubrovnik. Day 6 we are flying out of Split to go back to the States. So days 4 and 5 is where we would like some advice. We know we want to do at least one day trip to either Mostar or Kotor, or maybe even going to Mostar on Day 4 and spending a night there. Here is what I am thinking are our options, I would love some advice!-
Option 1 - Wake up Day 4 and head straight to Mostar, spend the night there and head to Split on Day 5 to prepare to fly home.
Option 2 - Take a day trip to Mostar/Kravice Waterfall (using Viator) on Day 4 but then return to Dubrovnik at night, head to Split on day 5 to prepare to fly home.
Option 3 - Take a day trip to Kotor/Perast/Budva ( using Viator) on Day 4 and return to Dubrovnik at night. Then the following day, while en route to Split, make a 2-hour stop in Mostar (using DayTrip - a private car service that gives the option to add stops along your journey).
Option 4 - Use Day 4 as an additional day in Dubrovnik or head to Split early.
Any advice would be appreciated, we just don't know how much time you would need in each place or if some of the places mentioned are not worth a visit if it is too out of the way.
