My cousins did tour from Bihać Una National Park down to Jajce. They stayed near Plivsko jezero. From Jajce down to Sarajevo, than Blagaj - Buna and they continued to Croatia. Good option could be to deroute and continue to Foca and Durmitor National Park
I don’t camp or hike, but I have done excellent city tours with Ahmed Lavić. He is primarily a mountain guide in Bosnia, if you are looking for that. You can find him on Facebook or I could come up with contact info.
I don't camp but it would be a good idea to check out the travel warnings from the State Dept. or other government sites. Camping in established campsites should be fine, but I would not recommend wandering about in random locations due to the danger from land mines. There are a lot of them in BH that haven't yet been cleared and some types are especially nasty!
