Book by the author of All the Light we Cannot See, about his time with his young family living in Rome on a writing fellowship. I really loved it. Hope you will too.
I believe the complete title is: Four Seasons in Rome: on twins, insomnia, and the biggest funeral in history of the world. By Anthony Doerr.
Yes, I read it also and loved it! He is a wonderful writer. My book group loved All the Light You Cannot See.
Oh, thanks for the recommendation. I love Anthony Doerr’s writing.
What a coincidence. I just requested the book from my library. I loved All the Light.
Rome in Four Seasons is a gem. I've enjoyed both books, too.
I'm reading it right now and I love it, I enjoy his writing so much. This book is about his year living in Rome with his family, while he was there writing his book "All The Light We Cannot See".
Thank you! I just requested it from the library.
What a beautiful book! I'm not quite done with it - still have "Summer" to go. It's sweet, funny, sad, thoughtful, and beautifully written. Thank you, Kaye, for the recommendation.
