Rimini Beaches

We will be traveling to Rimini. We would like to know if anyone has information on the beaches. We will be taking a train and need to find a beach where can take a taxi, that not too far from the train station. Doesn’t necessarily have to be a free beach. Thank you for your help

Is this a daytrip from Bologna? It is an easy walk to the closest beach from the train station, through nice neighborhoods, at least the way we went to our hotel there. Google maps says 0.9 mile, but much of that is getting around the train station to the pedestrian underpass under the tracks.

The beach actually extends about 15 kilometers, so you might want to consult a guide to the various zones if you are looking for something in particular. And maybe take a taxi to the farther areas if you want.

You can take a look at this on Google Maps, satellite view (or Apple Maps if you prefer). You will see how long the beach is and maybe figure out where you want to be. The whole length is covered with sun lounges and umbrellas. You might read up on a guides like these so you are informed in advance.
