New book about slow solo travel

I just finished a great book called Europe by Milk Run: A Solo Travel Experiment from Copenhagen to Barcelona by Rory Moulton. It’s available on Amazon in either Kindle or paperback formats. Rory takes regional trains rather than fast ones and stays in local AirBnbs. He combines information on train travel, meeting local people, describing the food, and providing historical background. He has an engaging and amusing style that makes you feel like you’re right there with him. Rory also has a website/blog with travel planning advice. I think a lot of folks on this forum would enjoy his book.

Gotta love this forum. I'm not a solo traveler...yet, but book sounded interesting. And...I had "digital credit" from Amazon for choosing "slower shipping date" on my last order. So, book free to me. Thanks, Kathy!

Thanks for the rec. Just ordered for my Kindle. I'm just finishing A Gentleman in Moscow which is the opposite of travel!
