"History's Greatest Cities" - New BBC Podcast Series

Hi all, I came across a brand new podcast from BBC's History Extra Magazine that seems pretty interesting called "History's Greatest Cities". It follows travel writer Paul Bloomfield as he makes a virtual tour around the great cities of Europe accompanied by local historian guides for each city. I listened to the first episode on Berlin and I think it's pretty good, a mix of history lecture and travel pod. New episodes come out every week and I think one can find it on most podcast sites.

Here it is on Google Podcasts - https://podcasts.google.com/feed/aHR0cHM6Ly9mZWVkcy5hY2FzdC5jb20vcHVibGljL3Nob3dzL2hpc3RvcnlzLWdyZWF0ZXN0LWNpdGllcw

Dave I was surprised to hear that Berlin was considered a Slavic City for most of the Middle ages, even by the Germans. I guess the Germans didn't start encroaching east of the Elbe until the early modern period.
