Below is a link to the updated fan-created video put together by some traveling genius. About a decade ago, they created a montage of their own semi-pro travel footage and edited it to fit David Bowie's wonderful ode to travel 'Move On' from his Lodger album.
Then recently, that same clever fan updated their footage on YouTube with a few more traveling inserts. Their sense of timing is impeccable.
*Don't miss the 20 second mark after the fan-created intro drone is complete. In the original montage 10 years ago, the gong stick actually made contact to commence the official start of the song.
Note also that in fact, Bowie's fave place was not as portrayed in his lyrics 'Cypress' but instead Patmos, the Greek isle where he stayed with royals and celebrities several times.
