For those who love Scotland, I just finished watching “Most Luxurious Train Journeys - Scotland” hosted by Alan Cumming.
Thoroughly enjoyed it. He does a good job of balancing the insider view of the train journey and his usual wee bit of humor with the history and culture of the lines, stations, and sites. Gorgeous scenery!

Alan Cumming has been great for years. He's a master on stage and he seems like a really interesting guy. Coming from Scotland, I've been aware of him since quite young. I think he must be about the same age or a little older than me.
I read Alan Cumming's autobiography. Highly recommended.
Have you seen him as host of the Traitors? The role he was born to play, I think. Best part of the show.

Andrea, I haven’t seen Traitors. I happened to be in London when he was hosting the BAFTAs and caught most of it on TV. He did a great job. Multi-talented man!
It was good to see a Scottish person go out and be so successful in America. I'm not sure if he conquered America, but he was a king in New York for a while. Him and Craig Ferguson are pretty much from the same generation. Both have gone out and been really successful and are now dual citizens.
I was watching him in that series where he drove around Scotland in an RV with actress Miriam Margolyes. At least until I finally gave up cable (and streaming and...).
