I want to go to Hitachi seaside park in April (near the end but before goldenweek commences), and possibly the Naritasan Park immediately after.
I'd like to go in the morning (like leave at 8am from the hotel or even 730).
I'm staying near Chiba City in Tokyo.
Are there any reputable companies that can drive a person from a hotel to hitachi park for maybe 3 hours and to visit the Naritasan Park in the afternoon and drive back? No tour guide needed, just a driver to sit and wait for a bit.
I want to get to the flower site early in the morning when it opens.
I have gone to other cities in the world and can do something like this for under $200-250 ($30,000 JPY). Round trip or even like dumping me in the Park at the very end (so they'd only be around for about 6 hours). Is Japan similar? If so does anyone know which company can I contact?
