Has anyone used either of the following travel agencies? I'm planning a trip to Peru/Machu Picchu and Amazon and am considering: SA Expeditions or Audley Travel. Any help you give is appreciated.

I am not familiar with either of those agencies, but I strongly recommend considering two others. Just compare prices.
We did a wonderful four day tour of Cuzco, the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu in 2019 with PeruAgency.com
Cost was $799 pp that included transportation, admissions, most meals and a private guide/driver with a university education in ancient history.
My Son and some friends recently did a tour for several days with Gate 1 Travel that was a small group tour of Peru, visiting much more than what de did. They loved the tour and what they provided. I don't remember the price that they paid, but it was very reasonable.

If you are looking for a small-group guided tour, check out Overseas Adventure Travel. We took this tour in December 2023 and it was excellent. Lima, Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu and Cusco - I think prices start at $3700 pp but it includes everything (flights from US, flights between Lima and Cusco, all bus/train transport, all hotels, all entry fees, almost all meals). OAT often has discounted special offers as well. I think there is a pre or post trip extension that adds the Amazon. Something to consider.
