Just a sad note that few will recognize. "Travel with Allen" is a discount cruise agency in Seattle led by kind of a quirky guy that offered great deals on cruises and tours. For those of you who have traveled with Allen you may or may not be aware that he was killed in an traffic accident last month. A sad lost to the travel industry.

I am on his mailing list. Each week started with a local weather report, followed by Alan’s incredible schedule traveling around the world to meet different tour groups. Finally there would be that week’s special offer. He would put together discounted cruise:flights for hundreds at a time.
The agency is still going strong and sending out their weekly emails. A celebration of life cruise has been scheduled.
