We used drivers while in Bali. Our hosts, whether it was a hotel or a home always were able to arrange. You will probably find more advice on tripadvisor Bali forum, than the RS forum.

Ive flown into Denpasar airport numerous time. Its can be chaotic on arrival.

I highly recommend pre booking an arrival transfer. As suggested your hotel is probably the best option for organising this.

The drivers are generally excellent and reliable.
