Hi,
We are a family of 4 (me, my husband and 2 boys who will be 11 and 13 at the time of travel). We live in San Francisco and will be traveling to South Africa in June. We are planning to visit Kruger National Park and a private game reserve there. After that we will head to Cape Town for a few days.
We are looking for ideas of places to visit after of Cape Town for a few days but that do not involve too much extended travel since the trip is so far and getting in and out of Kruger is travel intensive.
We have heard that Wineland is fun. We are not huge drinkers but could do the wine country if anyone has any suggestions. We have also heard that Hermanus is nice and a reserve called De Hoop with epic whale watching that time of year.
Any advice is appreciated.
