Transportation from Ben Gurion airport to Hilton Tel Aviv

We will arrive in Tel Aviv on Monday, June 24, at 3:30 p.m. What is the most economical way to get from Ben Gurion airport to Hilton Tel Aviv (located on the beach). Is a bus possible, is a train better? Would there be many transfers? How much more would a taxi be?
Any help would be appreciated.

If you are unfamiliar with Israel, then I strongly suggest you take a taxi from the taxi stand to your hotel.

Consider booking a taxi ride in advance through https://www.welcomepickups.com/tel-aviv/.

I used them in Barcelona and was extremely happy I did so. You'll have a driver holding your name on a placard when you emerge to the public area at the airport. Then you're completely taken care of.

The "most economical way" (pretty much anywhere) is public transport. Look at the airport's website under "transportation" for the correct links. The hotel website should tell you approximate taxi fare for comparison, and they should be able to guide you what bus/train to take as well if you send them an e-mail.
