Does anyone have a recommendation for a company operating tours in Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand for travelers coming from the U.S? It does not have to be a luxury tour.

I have not taken either, but wanted to mention that Sarah Murdoch (RS tour guide and co-author of the new Sicily guidebook) has several tours where there are no RS's tours, and Vietnam and Thailand are listed on her website: adventureswithsarah.net.

Local travel company Tonkin Travel in Vietnam did some of our reservations for us.
For a full tour Odysseys Unlimited is excellent, tops.
