We just got back from Tanzania (9 day safari) and Gorilla trekking in Uganda. Both were wondrous, but the Gorilla trekking is now one of my favorite travel experiences ever!
Tourist dollars are saving theses amazing creatures, so if you can, go see them!

Tammy, I can’t wait to read your report about the gorilla experience. An attorney I used to work for went on a safari with her son a few years ago and just could not stop sharing the wonderful time she and her son had with the gorillas 🦍.

Can't wait to hear all about it at our September meeting. We've seen camel photos, but no gorillas yet....yes please!
