Single female who does not speak Spanish. What’s the best way to get to Tierra del Fuego from US and anyone have any tour groups to suggest?

Hard to answer without more input from you.
Flying to Ushuaia would get you there. I visited there as part of a National Geographic excursion to Patagonia, but there are other companies, too.
What do you plan to do there, and what else would you like to see?
