I'm in Bangkok now. It's the tail end of the rainy season, but it can still rain (especially in the afternoons, but usually sunny in the mornings this week). Not a lot of tourists have returned after Covid (maybe 20% of pre-covid) so finding a place to stay in Bangkok shouldn't be a problem. Haven't been to the islands this year.
