Which beach should i go to in Thailand beginning of April. Is it not worth going that time of year? I would like calm water, cristal clear water, and beautiful white/golden sand. Palm trees, no concrete. Going from the US, so it has to be worth it! Phuket, Ko Samui…? Need exact beach name please. Sport/Activities/near restaurants ideal if possible. Thank you!

Phuket and Samui have long lost their charm with overdevelopment. You will need to go to smaller and less known islands, such as Koh Chang

April is a very hot month in Thailand. I've not been to the beaches then, but did burn my bare feet on marble pavement when entering a temple in Bangkok in April. This is a chart of average daily temps for April in Phuket. All days over 90. Just mentioning in case it's too hot for you. Other than the burned feet incident, I didn't mind the heat but I was visiting from a similar climate.
