Any suggestions are super welcome! Staying about ten minutes from Tamarindo. Our two teenage boys and two active parents. Not renting a car but would like to go to some of the parks. Zip lines. Not our typical view the museum Europe trip!
Help if you have any great ideas, places to see wildlife and experiences to share!

We visited Costa Rica a few years ago and loved it! We especially enjoyed our zip lining experience. We stayed much farther south (Uvita) than where you will be. We did rent a car, and we were glad we did. It expanded our options quite a bit.
We loved Manuel Antonio Park, but it looks like it is quite a distance from where you are staying. They have lots of parks and are very serious about ecological issues there.
