I will be traveling through Asia next year, with my trip ending in Beijing around Nov 20. I was considering extending my trip by visiting Seoul. Can anyone advise me on the activities at that time, and the weather?

I have been cross-referencing mentions of posts between this RS forum with the one over on Fodors. For example, I recently recommended Mary's post here about the CNN article (ex-pats in France) to folks on Fodors.
Reversing that, I now suggest that you might check out poster dcd's very recent Trip Report/Photo Essay on Korea. He and his wife are widely traveled and this time were apparently joined by his brother and sister-in-law. They all just got back yesterday.
Anyway, you may want to read through his above TR, as it not only contains a lot of logistical info about fall travel to that country but also features his great photography.
*Fwiw, he is a world-class bird photographer, something not shown in that above TR.
