Any restaurant suggestions for a 2 hour layover, 10:40-12:40 pm, on an Alaska Airlines itinerary?
Yesterday the flights used C and N terminals if that helps.

You may be in the N/North terminal for both of those flights but my favorite place is Floret near gate A1 which is a branch of a well-known Seattle restaurant. They have the best vegan coconut cake in the universe, lol. The food is also good to "travel" on, lol. Lighter, less greasy than some of the fast food options.
At the N gates look for Skillet. It is really good! Or there is a Salty's in the central terminal right after you go through security.
Thanks, those all sound good.
Actually I’m being shortsighted, will need a breakfast place after an overnight coming back, only 1-1/4 hours that way.
Yesterday both flights used the D gates.
Skillett is a brunch type of place, so that might be best for your return trip.
For the D gates, Ballard Brew Hall is good. In the N gates is Beecher's which makes a very filling breakfast sandwich, but they are best known for their Mac & cheese.
I like the food at BrewTop Social. This is in the main food court but your either take the elevator or stairs up to the mezzanine.
As a corollary, any recommendations for ordering in-flight food? I see Alaska has some interesting choices that must be preordered. Even with a restaurant lunch, 7 hours is a long time to go with just 2 bags of pretzels and a 3 ounce cup of Diet Coke.
Alaska's fruit & cheese platter is my go to :)
The Alaska burger is pretty good if that is an option. Fruit and Cheese is often good, but I have had moldy fruit on it before. My choice would be to buy some snacks or a sandwich at the airport and bring it along with me to eat on the flight.
Following suggestions for lunch/meals at SeaTac.
We often have connecting flights there and never know where to eat.
Pam, your answer caught my attention. I’d walk far for a delicious slice of coconut cake.
For breakfast at SeaTac, I like to go to Dilettante for a good coffee drink & an Ellenos Muesli or strawberry shortcake yogurt. I just had this option yesterday! A bonus is that the tables in this area are in a prime spot to enjoy the live music.

Honestly this cake rivals the best homemade coconut cakes I've ever tasted. I do make myself get a spicy hummus wrap to eat first even though I want to dive directly into the cake!
If you think you have enough time I'd catch a cab and go to Bakery Nouveau. https://bakerynouveau.com/shop/
If you have 3 hours I'd go to 13 Coins.
