RS Egypt video - did you know there is one?

It might be old news, but given the interest in Egypt these days, have you seen he has an hour long video on it? It might be one of those Monday shows, but due to time difference, and no TV, it's new to me. At least this way, it is readily accessible.

I believe it has been shown on PBS. Glad to see its listed now along with his other shows. I'm looking forward to watching again.

MariaF- not sure if your asking how to watch it or just letting people know it is on this website available for watching 24/7- whenever you want. Under Watch, Read, Listen- Watch-TV Shows and Clips-Specials-Egypt: Yesterday and Today (2020). All of the Monday Night shows, as recorded with his commentary, are available to play at anytime. He has 2 on Egypt (December 7th and December 14th).

The Egypt show has been on PBS (KCTS) at least once in this area. Travel in that area is a bit different for Rick, but it was an interesting show.

Hi MariaF,
Yes, we are interested in Egypt too as we are going in October. I have seen Rick’s Egypt show, several of them actually.
I wanted to tell you about a series of lectures my husband and I are watching called The History Of Ancient Egypt, by The Great Courses. It is a wealth of information about Egypt and I am sure will make our visit there richer and more rewarding. It is 48 lectures, half hour each.

We checked it out from our local library on DVD.
