Anybody have suggestions on hostels in Rio de Janeiro? I’m having a tough time deciding which is the best one. Looking for a mixture of good location, good for solo travelers, party atmosphere, and offering tours. Thanks!

If I were planning a hostel stay there, I'd prefer to use HI Hostels as I've found them to be clean and consistently well run in all the locations I've visited. They often have more than one location in larger cities. They appear to have three properties in Rio - https://www.hihostels.com/destinations/0055/hostels .
