Nice! Edmonds is a great place to visit—-right on the water, nice walkable downtown, and a ferry over to Kingston which is also fun to explore.
Not so enthusiastic about visiting Lynwood.
We have only been to Mukilteo to get on the ferry to Whidbey Island; we like to camp up there at Fort Ebey State Park.
Thanks for sharing Cnt, nice production value and digging the RST treatment to Snohomish County Community Transit's video. Ah, Lynnwood. 'What you need is a visit to the Lynnwood Beauty Academy' check it out, circa 2007 courtesy Almost Live! -- a hi-lariously spot on take of this unique PNW burg. RS just posted on his FB about groundbreaking of the Lynnwood Neighborhood Center which his philanthropy is investing in. I like the look of the place from the artist rendering and love the social support it will offer.
He seems more excited about Edmonds than some of the European cities. But it is a nice place I visit annually, hopefully with weather as good as in the video.
Hey now! I live in Lynnwood. "Many parts are excellent!" There are certainly some less wonderful areas, but our place is surrounded by trees, we have every kind of restaurant you could dream up within a few miles, and relatively easy freeway access. And light rail coming in the fall. Anyhow, no offense taken, just wanted to represent.
“It’s a nice place to live, I just wouldn’t want to visit there”. That’s my thought about Lynnwood.
