Hi. I need to rent a car in San Diego at airport and returning to airport . We will be going outside city to Safari Park . Has anyone had experience with Payless or Thrifty?. The yelp reviews are.mixed but they have best prices. I am planning this trip for someone and the company I'm familiar with is quite a bit more. Thanks
