If anyone has pre purchased Narita Express reservations, I have some specific questions. We are a group of 7 and will be traveling to the airport on New Year's day, which I suspect may be busy and is why I want to pre purchase the reservation. On the purchase screen I must select a date and location to pick up the tickets. FYI: We can only pre purchase reservations on line and must pick up the actual tickets there.
My questions are:
1)Do we have to pick up the tickets at the location and date we select when we buy the reservation?
2)Can pre purchased tickets be picked up at any reserved ticket machine in any station?
3)Can we pick up the tickets at a JR East Travel Center in any station?
