It's in Lower Town and within walking distance of everything you'll want to see. 2 blocks from the cruise port if that factors into your itinerary.

We stayed here last year and loved it. Perfectly situated in Old Quebec, charming and unique rooms and lobby and very good rates:

I was happy with my stay at Hotel Palace Royal. Not inside the walls, but immediately outside the walls at Saint Jean gate.
