Puerto Rico for 3 nights - Couple in early 40s kids at home

Hello,

Looking for recommendations on restaurants and activities- traveling in two weeks- for a long weekend. Staying at El San Juan Hotel on Isla Verde. Kids are staying in Boston with grandparents and we are celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary!

We want to do the rainforest- good tours for this? We love to zip line. We are active but don’t want survivor style activities! Also would love reasonably priced bars and restaurants in old San Juan or elsewhere accessible by Uber, need 3 dinner restaurants in particular! Authentic is great, but mid range priced. Thank you!

We enjoyed Patio de Sam ate.there twice. We also enjoyed La Bomboneria on the main street in Old San Juan. I think it either has recently moved or been renovated so not sure if it is still good but they had the best local.food and great pastries. Be sure to visit pigeon park down at the bottom of the main street it is an unusual experience and of course El Morro.
