Are you planning to go to Machu Picchu and Cusco? If so, you are going during the rainy season. Not a good time to go there.
If Lima, you are OK.

I believe there should be a few million people there 😀. Great country and yes it’s the rainier time of year but you should have some good days. Enjoy!
