There are not many options that are actually inside Torres del Paine National Park. The only ones I know are the 3 right on the “W” route where we stayed when we did a guided hiking tour with MT Sobek. At the start of the trek, at the Torres del Paine end, it Hotel Las Torres. In the middle, Cabañas de los Cuernos, and at the French Valley end, Refugio Paine Grande. The latter Refugio has budget rooms with shared bath down the hall, so might be a good option. The Cabañas offers lower-cost rooms in the lodge building in addition to the little cabins along the river, so you could look into those.
There is also EcoCamp Patagonia, close to the park, which offers comfortable glamping in domes, and a program of guided hikes on the “W” and elsewhere.

For Los Glacieres NP, we visited the Perito Merino glacier and then traveled to El Chaltén for lodging for our hikes around Fitz Roy. This town is basically a tourist town offering lodging for visitors, and should have some options for you. We stayed at Destino Sur, but it may be more expensive than you would like.
