ParkSleepFLy

I made a reservation through ParkSleepFLy and when I call the hotel directly, they show no record of a reservation with them. I have now emailed ParkSleepFly to inquire further, but it's been 24 hours and no response.
I want to cancel the reservation.
Anyone have any advice?

On the company website it says free cancellation, according to the terms shown on your booking receipt. The terms and conditions
part of the site, found only through the sitemap at the bnottom of the page, has details of how to cancel.

Tammy, for what it's worth, I did not get a confirmation from the hotel when I booked my stay with Park Sleep Fly. Instead I got a confirmation from Park Sleep Fly confirming my hotel reservation. Did you get anything like that?

We have used ParkSleepFly a number of times successfully...and once unsuccessfully.

It appears that sometimes their website will issue a ParkSleepFly confirmation to you, but it doesn't get through to the hotel's registry for some reason. We found that out the hard way once, but I would not expect much response from ParkSleepFly based on our experience at least.

We also had it once where the hotel said they didn't have a reservation for us, and then we told them it was booked via ParkSleepFly and they found it then because it was somehow differently coded in that hotel's reservation system. If you didn't share with the hotel that you booked via that 3rd party website, then it might be worth double-checking.

It's a great website when it works...good luck.
