That is not much time.... Wander Medina with your camera, have a coffee and visit Ben Youssef Madrasa. If you find time visit a Hammam.
Don't get caught with extra Dirham..remember to change them back when you leave..and hold your exchange receipt.
Three days would be much better!

The Madrassa has been closed for several months and is closed indefinitely for renovations.
I really enjoyed the Majorelle Gardens and the Bahia Palace.
Beware that you cannot exchange your dirhams after security. You need to do so beforehand as there are no exchange places after.

Do you mean, you will be in Marrakech only for one day? Or you will be traveling in Morocco and you have one additional, as-yet-unplanned day, in Marrakech? Hopefully the latter...
I'd just wander the medina. Take photos, have fun. You don't need a "guide".
