Nova Scotia and PEI

I am traveling and renting a car in Halifax and spending 10 days seeing Nova Scotia, PEI and Cape Breton.

We have two full days to see Peggy's Cove , Lunenberg and the Bay of Fundy.

Any suggestions on where to stay first might near the Halifax airport that is reasonable, nothing fancy and then a place to stay between Lunenberg and the Hopewell Rock. We have a great Bed n breakfast near the Hopewell Rocks Innisfree BNB.
A lot to see along the Bay of Fundy and over to Hopewell Rocks and any interesting must see spots.

I suggest that you check the TripAdvisor Nova Scotia forum. They seem pretty active over there and you'll probably get some good ideas.
Enjoy your trip. I love Nova Scotia and PEI (went there a long time ago with my Mom).
