My brother and his wife are arriving at Newark airport and are considering a visit to cousin in East Northport NY. Is there a way to get there without driving?

AirTrain to NJTransit Train to Penn Station, switch to Long Island Rail Road at Penn. (LIRR ride would take 90+ mins, and may require a change of trains.)

The station you're looking for is Northport. There is no East Northport station.

FYI, Northport station is actually located in East Northport. There is no train station in Northport proper.
