I know this is Europe oriented, but has anyone gone on a short tour in Morocco? and if so, what company did you use? Also, any favorite spots to share? Thanks so much. We hope to do a few days in October.
I haven't done an organised tour, but in general, make sure you get at least a few days in Fes. It really is one of the most amazing places in the world and spending hours getting lost wandering the old town is a totally unique experience. October is a great time to go in terms of weather so whatever you do I'm sure you'll have a great time.
Last October we had 4 days in Marrakech and 4 in Essouaria with a taxi between the two. No need for a tour. Great time to go.
Rabat, Fes and Marrakesh.

I went on a fabulous trip to Morocco with OAT tours in November 2024. There were 17 people in our group with an incredible guide. Rabat, Fez, desert tent for two nights, Marrakesh, Casablanca, and a couple of places in between. However, the OAT tours often fill up many months ahead so the October tours in 2025 may already be full. Also, the trip was 13 days which may be longer than you are wanting.
We did the 3-day Desert Tour from Fez to Marrakech with Morocco Fabulous Travel (https://moroccofabuloustravel.com/) and we thought they were really good. You can do it as a small group, or just your own party. There are also 4 day options (an extra night in the desert), and you can do it in reverse.
We also did Tangier and Chefchaouen, but these are missable if you are short of time. Fez, Marrakech and the desert. These are the uniquely Moroccan places. If I had extra time I would add Essaouira or Agadir. Rabat and Casa are unnecessary as they are relatively typical, relatively modern cities.
