Mexico City tours to Teotihuacan Pyramids

For the price you will pay--per person--for a tour, I think you'd do better hiring a private driver with a van.
To find this, I'd begin by asking your hotel, and after that, search the various review sites...

You can either hire a guide to go along in the van, or hire a guide on site. And with the private driver, you could build in a lunch stop eat a restaurant that you choose..there's the restaurant inside a cave, La Gruta. Touristy, though.

The TripAdvisor Things to Do feature has a number of day trip and tour providers that would likely answer for your purposes. Most use mini-vans that accommodate 6-10 people, so your group might well have the tour all to yourselves.
Might add that we've always found their user reviews to be pretty reliable.
