I will be heading to these three countries in November. All require Visas. Any advice on getting the Visas on line. How long does it take, or can this be done in the country at the airport? Thanks for any advice. Peggy
Vietnam eVisa was a fairly simple online process but it seems to trip of a lot of people so YMMV. It took maybe 5 days to process and get it back. There was zero need for an expensive third party to assist with this.
Speaking of which, there are a TON of third party vendors who try to seem like the official site but here are the real ones:
https://laoevisa.gov.la/index. Laos
https://evisa.gov.vn Vietnam
https://www.evisa.gov.kh. Cambodia
I did all of those visas last fall on my own and they were not hard at all on line. Make sure you are on the official government site and follow the direction for the photo. They all came through without a hitch.
You don't specify your nationality, but assuming you're a US citizen you will need a visa. All three countries have evisas that you can do yourself online. Cambodia and Laos also offer a visa on arrival option.
Don't forget to complete online arrival cards for Laos and Cambodia prior to arrival, Vietnam also has one, but I think it currently only applies to arrivals at Tan Son Nhat Airport (HCMC).
Thanks for the reply’s and good info. Yes. I am US ( Littleton Colorado). Thanks again!
Do all online instead.
