We are looking for a friendly, accommodating English speaking guide for a trip to various places in Japan leaving from Toky for next Fall. Does anyone have someone they have used recently and recommend.
Travelling with Seniors so want someone who is flexible and ok with stopping to relax when necessary.
I haven't used them personally, but on another travel forum I use, one of the regulars has used this company several times. She is a savvy, no nonsense and experienced senior traveler, so I would certainly consider her recommendations. She has used them several times and others have been happy after taking her recommendation. She tends to do the designed self-guided tours, but you will see they offer various things....and are very good at tailor making your activities.

While in Tokyo, we took Viator tours (purchased before arriving) that were with JTB Sunrise Tours.
We did a city tour, then one of Nikko and another of Kamakura. Also, we walked around the Ginza district.
Another Viator three day tour took us on the bullet train to Kyoto and Nara. Tour was great.
Later, we boarded the Celebrity Millennium cruise ship that stopped in more Japanese ports, including Okinawa.
