Wanting to tack on a trip to Jordan (and only Jordan) at the end of my RS Best of Turkey tour in the Spring. Hoping for a small group configuration suited to an active 67 yo woman.
Google returns several companies offering tours. If anyone has had a good experience with one of the companies - Intrepid, Gate1, National Geographic, others that may not have big names, I'd like to hear from you!!

FWIW, you may find it just as cost effective to hire a driver and travel without a tour. We did Jordan without a tour but we did have private transportation and it was wonderful and very easy.

Hello- I am tagging onto this post, wondering if people can share their information with me as well. And, to see what you found ( if you have already gone). I am going to Amman Jordan solo ( 53 year old woman) to visit my daughter while she finishes her semester abroad there. I will have a couple of days on my own to travel to Petra, Wadi Rum, etc...looking for a tour to join - any recommendations? Thank you!

I would second the recommendation to look for a driver instead of a tour--my husband and I did Jordan very easily on our own (with a driver) last year and it was incredible!
