Flying into Tokyo. What should I do?

We spent 8 days in Japan prior to our Japan and China cruise on Celebrity Millennium last October/Nov.
Stayed at the Hotel Metropolitan Marinucci at Tokyo Station. Highly recommended.
We did some tour of Tokyo and surrounding area as well as a three day trip to Nara and Kyoto prior to boarding the ship.

If you don't have a clue about what to do in Tokyo and vicinity - with the greatest of respect - why are you going there?

I'm with Nigel. I can not imagine booking a trip to someplace that I had no idea what I might want to do or see there.
You say you "always wanted to go." Why have you always wanted to go? That would be a good starting point,

Mainly the food..cheerey blossoms and the culture. I'm just curious
