Would very much appreciate a recommendation for a hotel in Cape Town, we will be staying a few nights before a cruise. We intend to book some tours with hotel pick up so are hoping to find something centrally located for that purpose. Many thanks for any help with this!

Kensington Place provided stellar service and accommodations. I was initially hesitant based on their location, but it turned out to be a great decision. Concierge arranged memorable activities. We used Uber Black (which was very inexpensive) for transportation to restaurants and the V&A Waterfront. https://www.kensingtonplace.co.za/

I liked Kensington Place very much, but on more recent trips, we absolutely loved the Mt. Nelson.
