Try The Elliott Hotel. It's an Apart'hotel, but I have found really great rates comparable to a standard hotel room, but you get a lot more room. Their units range from studios to 2 Bedrooms. Location very convenient, lot of good restaurants and shopping nearby, easy access to public transit. Kitchenette in the units really handy. Stocked with enough pots and pans that you can save money by cooking some meals.

Not sure if you've already booked, but I stayed at the Best Western President Hotel, which is very centrally located and I believe reasonable for it's location. I used points when I stayed, but I don't remember the price being too terribly high.
