I plan to be in Hong Kong from December 23 to 28.
Is it safe to travel to HK in view of the pneumonia cases in mainland China
Any inputs would be appreciated
Thank you
With Best regards,
Pradeep

I think the best course of action is to wear a mask. Get genuine N95 s.
If it’s essential travel, go ahead but be safe with an N95 mask like @Barkinpark said and other safety precautions. But if you can postpone it, that’s better.
HK is one of the most densely populated places on earth so you can probably forget about social distancing while you're there.
On the plus side is the likelihood that everyone will be masked up - they usually are anyway in our experience but everyone will be especially cautious with the pneumonia outbreak across the border on the mainland.
Our 5 day trip during Christmas went off well and were able to see most of the top tourist attractions.
Thanks for all the comments.
