I would like to know if there are any small cruise ships that travel through the Greek Isles, and the name of the cruises? Also are their small cruise ships that travel the Mediterranean and the name of the cruises?

We have done several MED cruise, two that visited the Greek Islands.
We didn't do the small ship, since those cruises are VERY expensive.

NCL, Celebrity, Royal Caribbean, Princess and HAL are excellent cruise lines and yes, they carry large numbers of persons, but the cruises were great.

there is a Greece section on Rick Steves. You might do better if you move your discussion into this section.
I have booked a cruise with NCL for October 2024 which will include two Greek Islands and Athens but it is on one of their large ships.
I did a fast search. Try Viking or Celebrity. The latter offers Greek island cruises. Viking offer Mediterranean cruises which includes Greek islands.
As I have said, however, I think you will get more responses if you move your discussion to the Greece section
UPDATE. I sail Norwegian and went to their site. They offer Greek island cruises and some are on their smaller ships. If you go to the site (NCL.com), there is a link European - Greek Islands. You call also call Norwegian and tell them what you ar wanting. They would love to talk to you and they will send you a brochure.

OAT has small ship cruises including Athens/Aegean/Istanbul. I think Road Scholar offers similar itineraries.

Celestyal is a Greek cruise line that specializes in Greek Island cruises. Might be worth checking out as well.
