I'm looking for a suggestion for a discussion board/forum, similar to this one, for Caribbean destinations. I use trip advisor but looking for something different and more focused. I know there are others out there but hoping to get some advice in advance of digging through them to save time. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

It's focus is cruises, but there are forums for specific ports. You can search the forums for specific islands.

Thank you for the suggestions. I've not used Fodors before and didn't think about Cruise Critic. I use CC it when taking a cruise, it's been about 8 years since the last one, and didn't think about all of the port discussions as a resource.

And if you have Facebook or Instagram, there are many travel related groups for just about every location. Not sure about Caribbean generally but I'm sure there are some for specific islands (e.g. a quick search of FB identified dozens for St. Croix USVI). I've found some that are moderately helpful, mostly for searching for prior questions on similar topics. Others were completely annoying and I bailed almost immediately. YMMV. ;)
