I am looking at rental villas on St Barts and am looking for a reputable agency.

there's another online forum for St. Barts that is pretty active, SBHonline.com and they have a page about villa rentals.
we haven't been to St. Barts in many years, but used to visit every couple of years, and we always tried to rent directly from an owner. many villas are represented by multiple agencies, but what they all have in common is additional fees. there was a local rental agency we used for one rental we loved, but sadly (or not, it's probably great for them!) they were bought out by Corcoran.
